We are currently recruiting for an Early Years Practitioner to join our small team.

Pre-School Assistant Vacancy

22.5 hours per week, Term time only.

NVQ Level 3 childcare qualification or equivalent required.

About our Pre-School

Peasmarsh Flying Start Pre-School provides a safe and fun environment where children socialise, form great friendships and learn. We offer a variety of exciting and imaginative activities. The Pre-School is set in idyllic countryside and benefits from modern, purpose-built facilities. These include a well-equipped, light and airy classroom, a beautiful, outdoor all-weather play area, and our own vegetable patch. We also have access to wider facilities of the co-located primary school. For example, the hall, playing fields, adventure playground and Forest School area. The Pre-School is registered for 26 children between the ages of 2 and 5 years (Ofsted Unique Reference number EY341517) and is a registered charity (charity number 1124108).

The Role

We are currently  looking for a Special Education Needs Co-ordinator join our friendly and approachable team. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to fulfill the role with a passion for childcare. Also able to display knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). 

Requirements

Applications must be qualified with a Level 3 childcare qualification or equivalent is essential, as is prior experience of working in an Early Years Setting.

Qualified SENCO  or willing to train immediately.
